Went there for a simple oil change, they tried to charge me $185 to “check “ for an oil leak, then another thousand dollars to fix the oil leak. Then they neglected to turn off the “service engine soon“ lig me $185 to “check “ for an oil leak, then another thousand dollars to fix the oil leak. Horrible customer service! They don’t answer their phones or give up dates. We dropped off a car for a service recall on a Sunday night. No one called to let us if they’d recei They don’t answer their phones or give up dates. We dropped off a car for a service recall on a Sunday night. No one called to let us if they’d received the car or not. After 3 days (we thought the car was stolen at this point since the drop off key box did not look safe) we were finally able to speak with someone on the phone, and they couldn’t if even tell us what was going on. They said they’d call back, but didn’t. We called the next day, and nothing was done on car after 4 day at the dealership. The recall letter says that the dealerships have the parts to fix the car, yet we were told that you have to order the parts to fix it, we can pick up the car and you’d call us back when the parts are in. I bet you would not call back! Plus, we didn’t have to wait for 4 days to find that out. More

Service was good. Loved the pick-up drop-off service. It was difficult to communicate with the dealership. I called many times and could not reach the service, sales or parts departments regarding the appointment or to find out if my service was completed. Working with Jon Jenks and his team was great! They all worked really hard to make sure that I was able to find everything I was looking for and find the best possible deal for me.
