I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Ridgeline from Stratham Honda, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and my experience at the dealership. From the moment I reached out with the details of what I was looking for, I was greeted by Reese, who helped me during my first purchase as well. His knowledge and friendly approach made me feel right at home. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in my new Ridgeline and patiently walked me through the different trim levels, features, and options. It’s rare to find a sales team that truly listens, but they hit the nail on the head every time. After the test drive, Reese was extremely informative about all the updated features in the 2025 model and even took the time to show me new safety technologies and convenience upgrades. I never felt rushed or pressured. When it came time to finalize the deal, Jason the finance manager made everything clear and easy to understand, and they worked with me to get the financing that fit my budget. I never once felt like I was being upsold or misled, which is something I’ve really appreciated both times I’ve worked with them. The personalized follow-up after the purchase has been a nice touch too. Reese reached out to check in on how I was enjoying the new Ridgeline and if I had any questions.
