Absolutely phenomenal. Allen worked with me day in and day out through the location process for a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot. When Allen wasn't in the office on his day off and I had a concern, Kasey wasted absolutely no time sorting out everything I needed and helping keep things moving smooth. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rick Reid at Greentree Toyota in purchasing a 4Runner. He got me the exact car I wanted, didn’t use crazy sales tactics, and got the deal done quickly. Working with Mike has been a pure joy. I never needed to step into the showroom to purchase the vehicle, until the vehicle was in the showroom. Everything was easy and he was able to procure a Corolla Hybrid within 4 weeks instead of waiting 6 months as some of my colleagues have been experiencing. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from Greentree Toyota and I will use Mike Shakro for the sale. By the way...The service department is amazing. The Service Manager and also Reed Chatting all helped with this sale as Reed was the one who put me in touch with Mike. Looking forward to many more years of doing business with Greentree. More

I left another Toyota dealership due to terrible customer service and the fact that they lost two of my vehicles for several hours. I had to find my own vehicles on their lot that I had dropped off for servi service and the fact that they lost two of my vehicles for several hours. I had to find my own vehicles on their lot that I had dropped off for service the night before. That burnt a bridge and I found Greentree Toyota. I called and spoke with Reed and explained the situation. I own several Toyota vehicles and buy several more each and every year for my business. He was understanding and expressed empathy for my issues. I have been bringing all my vehicles to Reed, which means every other month I visit Reed with usually two or more vehicles at once. Reed is always very attentive to getting me in and out quickly, addresses any issues and concerns, and always follows up with me to let me know what's going on and what needs to be taken care of. I know that I can count on Reed to watch over my vehicles and I look forward to seeing him when I arrive. To me, the person behind the desk makes it or breaks it, and Reed has me coming back with my entire fleet of vehicles exclusively to him. More
