I like Chevrolets. I like Red River Chevrolet. I like their Service Department. I like Jordan Harbuck. Red River Chevrolet understands customer service!! They do i I like Red River Chevrolet. The culture at Red River Chevrolet is the reason for this success in customer service. Their customer service is what has brought me back since 1998 to buy all my new vehicles. They care about me and my vehicle. All the maintenance and repairs on my vehicles since 1998 have been done at Red River as a result. Leadership is the reason for the Culture of Service at Red River Chevrolet. Harold in the Service Department is a valuable member of that team and makes the customer feel special. Finally, Jordan Harbuck is the reason I am giving Red River the highest marks. She is excellent at her job. Jordan is a strong team member!! She understands what the customer wants. I will always ask for Jordan as my Service Dept Repr. More

Came in to have a recall service on my 2020 Silverado Crew Cab truck. Julie met me after I drove in, she was so polite and wrote down everything my truck had wrong, all the symptoms it was showing. There Crew Cab truck. Julie met me after I drove in, she was so polite and wrote down everything my truck had wrong, all the symptoms it was showing. There were 2 service jobs ahead of mine. So I left my truck, and they called Uber to take me to my wife's work. Julie kept me informed about the work updates. It took a few days to get my truck back, but it was because of the 2 other vehicles ahead of mine. And Julie told me of another problem with my truck that the mechanic found on it, and he fixed that also. Great people, great service! I will not go anywhere else but Red River Chevrolet for my service needs. Thank you Red River, and also thank you Julie for everything you did to tend to my truck needs. More

Getting a service done is hard you scheduled it online then they canceled it bexause they only can do so many oil change a day it show it was open for 730 am on 1/24 that be second time they can not do it then they canceled it bexause they only can do so many oil change a day it show it was open for 730 am on 1/24 that be second time they can not do it so forget it i go somewhere else or do it myself even though it will void the warranty on the power tran i know one thing i will not call or buy another vehicle from there More
