I went there to buy a used dodge truck and greeted by Rebeccah boulware which i had talked to on the phone prior to coming up there. She was more thn helpful as well as the whole staff. We looked at the truck i had called about and after looking at some numbers it made clear since to buy a new toyota truck. i looked at several and could not make up my mind the staff was very patient with me and customer service was wonderful. I was not pushed into anything and she knew a great deal about the products she was selling and after much debate she found a truck that suited me perfectly. Overall it was a wonderful expirence and would recomend to anyone that they go there. More

We had a very good experience with Rebeccah. She was responsive to our email questions, very knowledgeable about the product, and took as much time as was needed to help us find the right vehicle. We felt the price was fair and that we were well treated. She was upfront with all costs involved and generally very pleasant to deal with. There were no surprises at signing. We also had a very good experience with the finance manager. Based on our overall experience with Ackerman Toyota, we would recommend them to others. More
