Marc in Service and Rebecca in the collision shop took very good care of me and my vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep was as good as new. They had to work hard to get my sorry insuranc very good care of me and my vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep was as good as new. Hill Kelly Dodge went above and beyond! Our family traveled down to the Pensacola Gulf Coast, from Missouri for vacation. While in route to Florida, we experienced A/C cooling issues on our Ram 2500 truck. We stopped at a Dodge Ram dealership to have it checked out, only to be told it would be two to three days before they could even look at it. The service writer was nice, explained their situation, and suggested we go to Hill Kelly Dodge when we get to Pensacola. I called ahead, explained our situation, and Rebecca Rogers, the service advisor I spoke with, took command! Rebecca lined out a game plan, and once I arrived with the truck, she set the plan in action. Rebecca kept me updated on diagnostics, problems found, parts needed, and time frame for parts to be received and installed.
