This dealership is the most conniving, crooked dealership I have ever witnessed. Their service dept is the absolute worst and most unprofessional. They have little to no communication within their dept. I go I have ever witnessed. Their service dept is the absolute worst and most unprofessional. They have little to no communication within their dept. I got my first oil change and ended up getting my vehicle towed back to the dealership the same day with the dip stick bone dry. The dealership is now trying to patch up their mistake and sweep it under the rug by just adding more oil to my car and sending it home with me. They also said the "Engines for Life" that is on every car is only good for 75,000 miles or up to $4,000. That was news to me. I have had issues with this vehicle since I drove it off their lot and they have done nothing but try and patch up each problem to get me out the door. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING! More

I am from out of state and found a vehicle on the internet that fit our ranching needs, after adding a few details I was contacted by this team who treated me like family and provided me with all the details to make a purchase decision, so easy that my local dealership could not compare and I have been dealing with them for years, purchasing 25 RAM 3500's and other Chrysler products through the years. I wish this Team could travel to New Mexico and demonstrate to these dealerships how to treat customers!
