Longer wait than I expected. Work done as scheduled though did not need tire rotation - had recently installed winter tires. Service person who rotated tires left the box with to Work done as scheduled though did not need tire rotation - had recently installed winter tires. Service person who rotated tires left the box with tool and bolted for three-season tires open in back end (unsecured - not left as they found it closed and tucked in sidewell). More

I got a letter from Hyundai about a recall. The temporary fix is a software update that hyundai couldn’t do over the air. I spoke with customer service who weren’t aware of the recall or update, in fact, they didn’t seem to realize the ioniq 6 is not an ioniq 5. I scheduled the work, but they had to reschedule. We rescheduled. Everyone was courteous and the update got done. I know there are not many ioniq 6s on the road, so I need to adjust expectations that the dealership and staff will be aware of them and any news. More

Jasmine in the service department is very helpful, friendly, and informative. I tend to dread and always drag my feet when having to take my wife’s VW Tiguan ‘21 in for any kind of service (even routi friendly, and informative. I have worked with multiple service providers here. I would highly recommend all of them, but especially want to mention both Reanna and Chris. Reanna helped with my most recent visit (oil change) and I would highly recommend all of them, but especially want to mention both Reanna and Chris. Reanna helped with my most recent visit (oil change) and Chris helped when I brought my car in for an electrical issue back in December 2022. Reanna was very positive and happy to help and both went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of! They are both great!!! More
