Friendly & Helpful Salespeople! My husband and I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander. To begin, it was a long process as we had done our research and knew what we wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Raymond Walford. He was vey upfront and helpful with any questions we had and was persistent in keeping in touch. I had initially contacted him and ended up waiting about 3 weeks before we decided we were serious. We did have limited exposure to the pre-owned sales manager but that was okay. We also had a bit of anxiety with what we would get for our trade-in after negotiating the car we wanted to buy. It worked out in our favor All in all, the staff was very friendly. The transaction was as quick as it possible could go since we had all the necessary paperwork. They knew we were serious and we appreciated their business professionalism. The finance person tried to keep things lighthearted and didn't try to up sell us. which was good. However, he seemed to hurry through things but I guess when you do that for a living, it can get monotonous. Delivery of the car was in great condition despite being preowned. The only thing that my husband and I think the dealership could do better is coordinate their stream of email correspondence. It seems like some dealerships have their e-sales communication down while others seem a bit disconnected from the customer (we had 3 different people from the dealership in touch with me- not sure why). Thanks so much for the whole team for giving us a positive buying experience!! More

Engaging, friendly & fair In summary: everyone was friendly and respectful during the bargaining process we ALL hate to endure when buying a vehicle. At the end of the night, it was a fair deal and am extremely happy with both my purchase and experience. Being a total computer nerd, I do all of my research online first. I chose Ourisman because Nadina was the most expeditious and responsive of all of the dealerships I had contacted. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted by Vincenzo who introduced us to Nadina. He kept us entertained, answering questions while Nadina went to find Raymond to pull up the car I had originally inquired about. Raymond quickly came with the keys and sent us off on a test drive, alone, so we could privately evaluate the car. Love at first sight, it was time to haggle. After a bit of banter, papers pushed back and forth, numbers were agreed upon and finalized. I've walked out more than once at a dealership and it never crossed my mind to do so. During the process, Raymond was 100 percent respectful of our demands and enjoyable to banter with. Finally, the financing process with Donna was smooth and painless, exceeding my original expectations. I followed up the next day to get the official tour of my vehicle in the daylight. I was immediately greeted by Nadina and other members of the staff. Raymond came out with Kevin to show me the bells & whistles, cracked a few jokes and left a much wiser and proud Jeep owner. Being my third Jeep and fourth Jeep dealership, I will definitely return to Ourisman when ready for my next purchase. I have already recommended Raymond & Ourisman to a friend and will do the same to anyone else who may ask. Next time, I'll wear my free go pro from them to document how great they were ;). Condescending and patronizing My daughter went in to make her first purchase of a car and ended up with a person who simply didn't understand how to listen or engage. Buying your first new car should be an exciting experience - not one that you dread and belittles you. I recommend that Ourisman spend some time teaching their salesmen how to engage with their clients in a thoughtful and supportive way. The old school methods of the used car salesman simply no longer work in a world where information on price and expectation are available at the touch of a button. More

A large scratch from someone taking their key to it was visible from the driver side door. Salesman promised to have it corrected but to go ahead with the purchase with a good faith handshake. A week later, I come back thinking it will be sanded out and painted but instead got an amateur job and that is putting the word amateur lightly. The scratch looks worse than before I brought it in. When I requested the Salesman (Raymon) to give me the trade in back or another vehicle of similar value, he said I'll look into it but never called back. Will never refer anyone to them!!! More
