I have been in the car business since 1999. Subaru is my second job in the industry. I will never forget the commitment I am asking customers to make with their hard-earned money. Anyone that walks through our doors will be treated like guest in my own home. I often have told customers that I have a great view of the American Dream playing itself out in our showroom: people of every diversity with the only common denominator being hard work.

Very happy with my first brand new Subaru Outback. Raymond took extra time to explain many of the bells and whistles in this new model (and even how to turn some of them off!) He was also especially helpful in negotiating a fair sales price. Raymond's sense of humor made the entire sales process (4+hours in the dealership) pleasantly entertaining. Financing my new car was easy and Torie explained all warranty options clearly. I'm very happy with my new car and the kind, professional customer service that all Garcia Subaru employees exhibited while I was there. More

Literally the only place in NM i would buy a car from. We go back every 3 years to re-lease my mom a Subaru Cross Trek. Each time we walk into Garcia Subaru North we are greeted and treated like family. Ray is amazing, he truly wants you to be happy with your vehicle and will do anything to make sure you’re comfortable with the car and the payment. He truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. He even put my mom’s old bumper stickers onto her new car without us asking him! He treated my mom like she was his mom. And Aubrey, the GM is a Pro, so genuine and caring. She will do everything in her power, working hand in hand with Ray, to get you into the vehicle you want. They’re a Professional Team over there. They are like family with each other too, which you rarely see. They clearly support each other. I would never go anywhere else. Their customer service is 2nd to none in the state of NM. I went in set on trading my Crosstrek for an Outback and left very happy with a Forester Sport which ended up being just an allover better fit for my lifestyle. Ray made the experience (which can be stressful) fun and informative without any pressure. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase - not just the cars. Highly recommend! More
