I have been in the car business since 1999. Subaru is my second job in the industry. I will never forget the commitment I am asking customers to make with their hard-earned money. Anyone that walks through our doors will be treated like guest in my own home. I often have told customers that I have a great view of the American Dream playing itself out in our showroom: people of every diversity with the only common denominator being hard work.

My visit at Garcia was by far the best car-buying experience ever! Raymond actually made it a pleasurable experience. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products and the Garcia agenc experience ever! Raymond actually made it a pleasurable experience. I had the best VIP treatment by a professional, competent, patient & kind person who explained what I needed to know in a manner I could understand. I was put at ease each time I raised an issue coz this 2025 model I had bought had features that I was not familiar with. I had met Billy Scribner when I had a puncture in mid-June, and I was impressed by how I was treated by him & Tyler to the point of being loaned a new 2024 Subaru legacy to drive home as I had to wait for my new tire to come in. When my Subaru was totaled, I headed straight to Garcia Subaru north. I bought my new 2025 Subaru without hesitation. Toria, the Finance Manager instilled in me the importance of getting an extended warranty. She was patient and treated me with the utmost courtesy. I bought the 10- year extended warranty which will most certainly protect the vehicle I had bought from any unknown defects. I am very happy with my new vehicle and Raymond called me the following day after I drove my vehicle home to inquire how it functioned. I was very happy to hear from him about my getting home safely as I live in Santa Fe, NM More

Very happy with my first brand new Subaru Outback. Raymond took extra time to explain many of the bells and whistles in this new model (and even how to turn some of them off!) He was also especially helpful in negotiating a fair sales price. Raymond's sense of humor made the entire sales process (4+hours in the dealership) pleasantly entertaining. Financing my new car was easy and Torie explained all warranty options clearly. I'm very happy with my new car and the kind, professional customer service that all Garcia Subaru employees exhibited while I was there. More
