First time on this dealership; everyone was welcoming and attentive., specially Ray Lowe, he listening and answered every question and very patient with us. I was very happy for my son buying his first car o attentive., specially Ray Lowe, he listening and answered every question and very patient with us. Refuses to return calls, buyers are passed from rep to rep with story after story. If they don't believe they can sell you a car with in an hour and at an inflated price then you are just a speed bump to rep with story after story. If they don't believe they can sell you a car with in an hour and at an inflated price then you are just a speed bump to them. Screenshot everything, after receiving a written price quote from a sales manager the vehicle price was raised by over 1000 dollars in listing with rep claiming the price I had was "discounted" despite cargurus flagging it as above market value before change. Cherry picked/fake reviews, untrained sales reps (Ray) under the table deals (Jake) laughable lies (Car has been in reconditioning for 3 weeks with no work done) BBB complaint filed, AZ DOT inquiry opened. Next call is to Paul Weitman to explain Royal Kia's discrimination against buyers More
