Our dealer, Raymond Liang is bery knowledgeable about the cars and the lease options. He was extremely courteous as well as accomodating. I highly recommend him. Nick, the manager is a suoer host. He went out of his way to check ip on us. He even had my wife’s car washed, without us asking. My wife and I are very happy with our car, a Lexus, 2024 RX Premium a deep blue. It is very comfortable and smooth ride. Its easy to maneuver and use the controls.
This will be my dealership from now on!

I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 dealer locations in the NYC area. The people and service at Lexus was hands down the best experience.
The Lexus of Manhattan dealership is beautiful by the way. The people there are very welcoming. I didn't have that experience in many of the dealerships I went into.
My sales associate Raymond was so kind, patient and really listened to what I needed. I never felt pressured and was taken care of every step of the way.
I was completely open to any brand but Lexus checked the boxes when it came to model style, features, price, overall longevity and service.
I noticed that communication between the departments was very efficient. Sani, the manager, was always present. I was never left just waiting, trying to figure out what was happening.
Everything was done very quickly. When the car that I was interested in was in storage, they moved it to the dealer location by the very next day. My buying process took a few days because I had a few things to work out.
When Raymond was out for the day, Konstantinos took over and took care of us. He was so pleasant to work with. Nothing was stepped over; everything was explained from finalizing the buying process to explaining everything about the car to me before I left the lot. I had such a great experience working with Raymond and Konstantinos I would definitely buy another car from them in the future. We were help by Raymond Liang. He was very helpful and very responsive. He was totally upfront with everything. No hidden fee, etc. Raymond explained how all the cars features worked patiently. He didn't try to hastle or hurried us with any decision.
We drove from Philadelphia and drove back satisfied with a certified used RX350.
