I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a lexus RX350 from Raymond Liang at Lexus of Manhattan, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and approachable, making the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. His excellent service and deep knowledge about the cars made me feel confident in my purchase. While we got a great deal on this car, and our Salesperson Raymond was super professional and great with communication both pre and post purchase, the service dept lacked a bit being they installe Salesperson Raymond was super professional and great with communication both pre and post purchase, the service dept lacked a bit being they installed a not quite adequate 'new' battery and I wasn't satisfied with the pre purchase service of the vehicle. I want to also commend Raymond on treating us buying a used 2015 like we were in the market for a high end Lexus. I would consider buying another car from this dealership, Raymond specifically! More

Lexus have Manhattan did an excellent job gaining my business. In particular, I was working with Raymond Liang over the course of several months. I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the conc business. In particular, I was working with Raymond Liang over the course of several months. I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the concept phase (Lexus TX), and I told him I was interested in purchasing this vehicle once it was released in production. I wanted a dealer contact to try to gain as much information as possible about the vehicle, and when it would be released, and he did an excellent job of getting me information with no guarantee that he would be making a sale again given that this vehicle was still a concept. Even after the vehicle came out, I extended my current lease, but still had thoughts of getting the TX. Raymond respectfully kept in contact, not in a pushy way, and eventually I was able to make a great deal with him. He didn’t work hard to force-sell me the car, he worked hard to inform me about the car, and get me a great deal, which is something I really appreciate from a salesman and what is ultimately what won my business. Highly recommended gentleman and dealership. More

I brought my first Lexus in 2021 from manhattan Lexus and it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. So I returned to the manhattan Lexus again and they did not disappoint when getting it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. So I returned to the manhattan Lexus again and they did not disappoint when getting my second car from them. My sales person Raymond Liang was a pleasure to work with and got me the best deal possible. He was great with communication and made this deal go really smooth.
