Great overall experience I live in Ottawa and I was buying a Subaru from them that I really liked. But I wasn’t able to see it in person until I booked my ticket to Mississaug I live in Ottawa and I was buying a Subaru from them that I really liked. But I wasn’t able to see it in person until I booked my ticket to Mississauga to pick up the car. My sales man Charlie was very nice and communicated with me often through the phone making sure I had everything prepared when I arrived in Mississauga and I can drive home with the car without any issues. Everyone at the dealership was also very nice to me. I also got free summer tires with my car, which was a really nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. More

Seriously though, this is my second used vehicle bought at Ontario Chrysler and again, it has been a great, stress free experience. Gord answered all my many questions about the car functions and features to save me the trouble of reading the manual. They even threw in 2 headsets and remote for the DVD player when the originals couldn't be found. OLG sentiments resound.......Winner-Gagnant! More

Mr. Robert gave us a detailed explanation on the various protective packages , add ons and the pros and cons of taking them. I own another car of a different make but never had such good feeling while buying or when I visit them for servicing. Ontario Chrysler Jeep dodge Inc is definitely in a different league when it comes to customer satisfaction. More
