We are very happy with both our recently purchased Jeep Trail Hawk as well as the Wrangler Sahara that we purchased from you a little more than a year ago. You are exceptionally good with your follow-up as well as resolving any questions that we had with both of our purchases. It is the little things that count and keep consumers coming back. I had some issues if you recall with the hitch on the day that I picked up the Sahara. No questions asked you provided a quick solution and made it very convenient for me to return the vehicle to get the problem resolved. With the more recent purchase of our second jeep the Trail Hawk there were a few minor blemishes with the leather as well as the missing storage bar in the rear compartment. Again you quickly provided resolve without any questions and made it convenient for us to return the vehicle to get these things fixed as well. Your excellent salesmanship, follow-up, and subsequent customer service after the purchase of our vehicles has been exceptional. I have been sending my vehicles to Ontario Chrysler for servicing for nearly 20 years now. It is these little things like “no hassle fixes” that makes all the difference and keeps me coming back. We also had a lease vehicle that we needed to trade in as well and Sam was able to get his team Raymon and Tinu to help us get that worked out.
