My issue was not addresses and Rayann and the dealership were neglect in addressing the concerns I brought forward to the dealership. I advised that a moldy smell is coming fom the AC system (which is very were neglect in addressing the concerns I brought forward to the dealership. I advised that a moldy smell is coming fom the AC system (which is very strong) and they negelected to acknowledge it. Everyone that get's in my 2023 Expedition can smell it. I won't be getting another vehicle from Ford of Port Richey due to this terrible treatment (and I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from this dealership). More

The service department and people were good to work with, however, apparently there is a new computer and/or automated phone system which really messed up our information, and we still have not been able to however, apparently there is a new computer and/or automated phone system which really messed up our information, and we still have not been able to straighten it out. When you go, if they cannot find your appointment, make sure you tell them each owners name and phone number. Our issue is that one of us is getting messages thanking us for bringing it in for the service, but the other one is being told by both Ford of Port Richey as well as CarFax that our service has not been performed. Also important recalls and we don't know what is correct so make sure you get your record straight. More
