When you go, if they cannot find your appointment, make sure you tell them each owners name and phone number. Our issue is that one of us is getting messages thanking us for bringing it in for the service, but the other one is being told by both Ford of Port Richey as well as CarFax that our service has not been performed. Also important recalls and we don't know what is correct so make sure you get your record straight. More
