Pleasantly surprised by the speed with which my car was serviced. Previous visits have been unpleasant because of extremely long waits for exactly the same service, oil and filter change. I make appointm serviced. Previous visits have been unpleasant because of extremely long waits for exactly the same service, oil and filter change. I make appointments for services and I expect those appointments to be honored. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. Plus which, my service representative, Syed Salman was very pleasant and my salesman, Ray Jando, stopped by the waiting area to say hello and ask how everything was going. I have a small problem with the automatic exit/entrance system and when I mentioned it to Ray he added it to my service Order, unfortunately too late, but Syed apologized and asked me to come back so it can be corrected. That’s service from a big agency! Friendly and caring. More
