My daughter had a rough start with them. But when I called them I had the best service and very professional. Terrence is always very professional and attentive during our experiences purchasing Land Rover vehicles. He pays attention to detail and makes sure all of our concerns are addressed. During our time at the dealership, he makes sure we’re attended to timely and delivers first class customer service. The process is seamlessly handled through him, without all the traditional car sales back and forward stress. I know if I call Terrence, he’s going to be transparent, provide clarity and get the job done. I’ve referred several clients to him and will continue to do the same. This next part absolutely has nothing to do with Terrance, but I’ve had the absolute worse experiences ever with the Perriti Service department over the years. So much until, I could not ever walk back in that place. However, it’s because of Terrance Givens we’re back for our second Range Rover and I’ve sent family and friends.
