The Saturday purchasing went fairly easy but I was called on my way home telling me I must return the next day to have a smog test. When I arrived I was told it was for a seatbelt recall. Prior to going to t on my way home telling me I must return the next day to have a smog test. When I arrived I was told it was for a seatbelt recall. Prior to going to the dealership I was told that the seatbelts had been fixed because I wouldn’t be able to test drive if they weren’t fixed. Second problem I had pre approved loan. I was called Friday while on vacation from my salesperson Jose stating they were going to fund my loan thru their company because they hadn’t received the payment from my credit union. The check had been received on Wednesday. I was told they would verify but they never called me back I had to call back several times before being told on Monday they had my payment. Horrible customer service!! More

This review is for the finance department. I was told that my payment would be due 45 days from when I pick up the car since my vehicle was in transit. Less than 30 days after picking up my c I was told that my payment would be due 45 days from when I pick up the car since my vehicle was in transit. Less than 30 days after picking up my car, I create an account online to make a payment (no paper invoice was ever sent to my home) and find out I'm 1 day late on my payment. I call and the finance department tells me my contract was signed by paper and not electronic, therefor the 45 days started the day I placed an order on the car and not when I picked it up (which was 2-3 weeks after I ordered it since it was in transit). I'm thinking how am I supposed to know how they apply these contracts, paper vs electronic? Finance guy just said nothing could be done about it and didn't seem apologetic about it and just told me to call back the next day to talk to a manager. After spending $52000 on a car, you'd think they would be more helpful in trying to help you out especially when all I wanted was the assurance that my payment would not be considered late as I made the payment that same day. More
