The whole experience was poor. I came in for a product recall, and to have my window fixed. When I arrived they informed me they didn’t have the part in stock, and that it’d be app I came in for a product recall, and to have my window fixed. When I arrived they informed me they didn’t have the part in stock, and that it’d be approximately 2 months before they did. Not sure why I wasn’t contacted before I came in. They then pressured me into an early oil change and tire rotation. Called me later to inform me that my window wasn’t covered under the HondaCare that I pay for monthly. Either I was lied to when I was sold HondaCare, or the center didn’t read my contract correctly. They wanted almost $400 for a piece of rubber stripping. Left with low tire pressure in all four tires, and nothing that I originally came in for resolved. Awful experience. Its almost like they felt like they didn’t have to respect me because I’m a woman and I couldn’t possibly know anything about my car, a contract I entered into, or human decency. More
