The service dept closed early and kept my car hostage the entire weekend for an oil change. I dropped off my car early Saturday morning and was told I would receive a call when my oil change was complete entire weekend for an oil change. I dropped off my car early Saturday morning and was told I would receive a call when my oil change was completed and an Uber would be arranged to pick me up. When I didn’t get a call by 4:30 I started calling the dealership, but only got a recording saying my car would be taken in an order which it was received. When that didn’t happen, a neighbor took me to the dealership at 5:30 to realize that the service department had closed and there was no way to get my car until Monday. When I called Monday, the assistant manager stated he was busy with customers and could not or would not take my call. I asked if he was aware of the situation and I was told yes he knew what happened and they would send an Uber to pick me up . Not having a vehicle for the weekend made me miss an MRI appointment and I was unable to get my grandson to school on Monday. This Isn’t the first time I’ve had less than stellar service at this dealership specifically with the assistant manager, Alex. I thought you go to managers or assistant managers when there’s a problem, but this dealership allows leadership to avoid customers who were wrong. More

Very Deceitful and unprofessional people to deal with. Got a Nissan Ariya, which they made me test drive a car with bigger battery and ended up giving me one with smaller battery. They fail to provide the true differences and will not provide any professional information about the product, and you will end up with an awful deal. I wish I did not support my "local businesses", and delt with another dealership less than 25 miles from this one. More

Contacted regarding a 2020 QX60 or New Pathfinder, asked these guys to pre-qualify before driving 30 miles north in the rain. Their guy indicated that's not how they work.
