I have commented on this before. After getting the car back, I didn't notice until after it was dark that someone who worked on the car had turned the headlights off. I normally le After getting the car back, I didn't notice until after it was dark that someone who worked on the car had turned the headlights off. I normally leave the switch in the automatic position and don't worry about the headlights being on. I don't know why it was necessary to turn the headlights off for this service, but you did, and then didn't set the switch back where it was. Every time this happens, I will rate you one star, because I have told you about it before. And this survey tool sucks -- it requires rating "people I worked with" and frankly I don't remember any of their names. More
