Worst experience from this Dealership. Ordered a vehicle for purchase and put down $1000 for reasons unknown. Other dealers have never asked for money. I was told I would get a refund if I didn’t want the car when it was delivered. I returned to advised I didn’t want the car and wanted my refund. This is when problems occurred!! I gave the salesman all the information and waited 30 minutes. No refunds. I asked him what the issue was and was told I had to wait for a manager. 30 minutes later I asked a manager what is the problem as the money was taken within 5 minutes but to get my money back it had been over an hour wait. The sales manager replied that’s right. What the xxxx !!!. He said I should have made an appointment. He yelled like a mad man. What a jerk. Do not go here. They lied and are not customer friendly. I did ultimately get my money refunded. More

Wondries reputation for customer service and support from sales to service goes without question. Todd listened to what I thought my car might need, but he had his mechanics check and verify everything. The sales to service goes without question. The mechanic/technician kept me updated as to what is needed with a projected cost and for me to verify what I would like to have done. The only thing I dislike is the 3% surcharge imposed by the credit card companies when paying. Who carry $1000 in cash let alone trying to get the cash on a Saturday at 4:00 pm? Loyal customers should be getting a 20% discount on all parts. More
