The team greeted my wife and I immediately upon entering the lobby. We received prompt attention, and were immediately taken to a vehicle we described interest in. The test drive was accommodating, and all questions were answered directly. After a brief and painless price discussion (I don't call it a negotiation, as my concerns were heard and met with sincerity) we came to an agreed upon price. Horrible experience Got a truck from from the dealership, Raul helped us out. The truck that we got needed a part to be ordered, Raul said it will be ready early in the w Got a truck from from the dealership, Raul helped us out. Turns out we did not receive a phone call from the parts department, and we came by to see what was happening with Raul, he later changed his story that it may take up to 4 weeks, and that all the paper work and payments needed to be processed in full. Something he had completely told us the opposite to gets us hooked on purchasing the truck. It’s been 3 weeks and no call from no one, and Raul does not even follow through as he had told us to give us an update. Be careful with Raul and his manager, they do not keep their promises and change their stories afterwards. More
