Rigo Ramirez was awesome as he walked us through our new Buick Envision purchase. He was both informative and knowledgeable about the car and the purchase process. Inventory is always low or non exsistant. Takes month for loaner repairs take at least 2 weeks parts can take months and even if you have appt for express oil change it can take 3 or 4 hours! Liked the car, Jose very knowlegeable about the Terrain. drove 2 of them. Took awhile to come to a price and once we did things really slowed down. Over in finance it looked like alot of people walking aro drove 2 of them. Took awhile to come to a price and once we did things really slowed down. Over in finance it looked like alot of people walking around doing nothing while we sit there waiting for our turn. Ron knew what he was doing and very friendly, seemed like he had a very sharpe pencil. Handed you a bunch of papers you could not have read with a magnifying glass.No explanations. My fault should have walked than. We had a small issue with the glove box that I thought was going to be addressed than but it was not. Had to bring it back it. Before we got it back in we were driving and had a issue with the Information center. Jose reset it for us, but also accused us of messing it up. Two days lader the same issue came up again, jose very unhappy to hear from me. He tried to reset it and could not, again he said it was used error. Not the same friendly Jose we bought the car from. We took it to service and Raul took who took it back and done a reset on it. The best experience we have had there was dealing with Raul. After all said and done I found out we had over paid for car,won't happen again More
