On 07/31/24, my wife and I made the mistake of visiting **Performance Toyota** at **5676 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014**. We were in a vulnerable position and ended up financing a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid **Performance Toyota** at **5676 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014**. We were in a vulnerable position and ended up financing a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, which we thought was in great shape. However, we were blatantly deceived by the sales team. They claimed that an employee had taken the keys home, preventing us from test driving the vehicle. In reality, they were hiding the truth: the car reeked of marijuana and was clearly used as a filthy ashtray. They wanted to cover up the stench, and now, weeks later, the smell is unbearable. My children are complaining, and my wife and I don’t smoke anything, let alone marijuana. It’s humiliating. I have to fog the car weekly just to tolerate it. I dread the thought of being stopped by law enforcement, fearing our rights could be violated due to Performance Toyota’s negligence. To make matters worse, I've reported malfunctioning side mirror indicators to their service department. Abby Couch, the representative I spoke to, brushed me off and suggested I take the car to Honda myself. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to steer clear of **Performance Toyota**. You don’t want to be taken advantage of like we were—overcharged for a vehicle that smells like it belongs in a junkyard. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Hello, purchased a new Camry 9/11. They appraised car at $15780 but they only gave $14870 for trade allowance. Don’t fall for there slick wordings calling effective trade credit. We we’re their until almost 10:00;waiting for financing. We ran through paperwork didn’t realize until next day., You get the credit off your taxes when trading in but they took off trade in also. Very sketchy. More

I did not end up buying from this dealership. However, Rashawn and Kam were very friendly and helpful. As I am in a different state, Rashawn was kind enough to send videos of the vehicle. Worst dealership and sales person I have ever dealt with. I just purchased a $43,000+ hybrid Avalon from this dealership. The salesperson, Garrett Lee, couldn’t spare a minute of his time to explain any of t I just purchased a $43,000+ hybrid Avalon from this dealership. The salesperson, Garrett Lee, couldn’t spare a minute of his time to explain any of the features on the car. Actually had the nerve to request I call him at a later date to arrange a time to meet so he could go over some of the features. And that is after he knew I’d be in at a set time and date to purchase and pick up the car. You would think he’d have blocked out an hour or so to review the car with me. But no, he was too busy trying to make another sale. If this dealership’s service personnel are as bad as Mr. Lee, I’ll definitely regret purchasing a Toyota. Hopefully corporate will send me a survey so I can tell them how I really feel about this dealership. It should also be noted that the trunk of the car was dirty even after Mr. Lee promised the car had been cleaned. There were flower pedals on the trunk floor. And for this I paid $43,000. Should have bought a Honda. Update - In less than a day after posting my review, the General Sales Manager for Performance Toyota, Mr. Jermaine Dixon, contacted me and apologized for any misunderstanding. He arranged for a Product Specialist, Rashawn Jackson, to visit my home the next day and review all of the features on my new car. Mr. Jackson arrived on time and spent over an hour and a half assisting me in learning all the features of my new car. He was a true joy to work with. Mr. Dixon and Mr. Jackson truly care about customer service and delivering a quality experience. They have made me a fan of Toyota and their dealership. Hence, I give Perofrmace Toyota 5 stars. More

Everyone at this dealer was helpful. We weren't there 2 minutes before someone offered to help us, but they also were not high pressure. Rashawn was terrific; I would highly recommend him. I just really appreciate his time and honesty, he was a very polite young man who clearly set out to make this customer of a new pretty red jeep very happy. More
