The price was fair and we fell in love with it immediately. All Acura personal was very helpful and professional. The dealership closes at 8:00 pm but they stayed until 9:15 pm until we finalized the deal and drove home in a new car. We suggest one improvement to the dealership practices. We were not ready to buy a car that day as we needed a few days to move money to checking account to be able to pay the full purchase price without financing. Audi dealership offered us to reserve any car, new or used, and buy it a few days later. Acura dealership did not have reservation option for pre-driven cars, so in order not lose the chosen car, we had to go through financing, extra time and hassle that we didn't need. More

Horrible sales experience. Sales person signed off on one price, signed all the documents….only to have Reny Benyamin pull a bait and switch and increase the price. I didn’t enjoy being jerked around by the price, signed all the documents….only to have Reny Benyamin pull a bait and switch and increase the price. I didn’t enjoy being jerked around by the management team after they had countersigned my initial offer. Upon exiting the facility, I was aggressively chased down by Reny who got in my face and would not let me leave the lot. If you are a millennial or female, do not step foot in this location without physical backup. They will try and take advantage of you. More
