This was my first car purchase and I went with a 2020 C300. I actually came from BMW right before entering the dealership and had a pretty bad experience there. Rashad was also awesome, he was very upfront and didn't hide any intentions or try to push me into something I didn't want. I couldn't have asked for a first car experience and when my lease is over I will definitely be coming back! More

Deceptive Business Practices Leased a 2020 E350 in April. I am African American so my credit report wasn’t trustworthy it had to be ran twice on TransUnion with Mercedes-Benz Fin Leased a 2020 E350 in April. I am African American so my credit report wasn’t trustworthy it had to be ran twice on TransUnion with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to be approved . This was my second car with them and the first had no missed or even late payments. They did not inform me this was being done, just notified a month later by credit reporting agency. There was no reason to run my credit report twice (2 hours apart) they only did this because I am black. This is a foal, deceptive practice and I’m sure it is not done with three Caucasian applicants. More

I have referred him numerous friends , family and clients who have all done multiple deals and feel the same way about him as I do He has the full saleman s package . Looks , personality and knowledge and most importantly he cars and takes great care of his clients . I have absolute trust in every word he says as the facts and I know he always does the rite thing . I own Bentleys , Porsche’s hummer corvette s Camaro s and other classics as well as a 2014 Mercedes SLS and a 550Sl Mia Maglia and many many more cars The new GLE 2020 I just got for my daughter from Rashad and also for my fiancé is by far the best technological , highest level of comfort and performance and by far the best ride ever ever ever To say I am insanely impressed is an under statement This is the best vehicle mercedes has ever put on the road and Rashad is by far the best salesman I have ever had in the last 40 years I will close by saying Mercedes and Rashad are by far number 1 in the automotive industry More

I have never had a Mercedes until last year went I walked in one later evening just before 8PM, I had no idea that the showroom closed at that time. We were looking for a third vehicle. Rashad suggest since it was only going to be used less than the other cars concern pre-owned. When I asked what time does the showroom close he said, that it closed and he stayed with us. Needless to said we did purchase a pre-owned GL450 and I ended up purchasing a AMG GTS. Then two months later I purchase an AMG S63 what a car! Then when I needed a vehicle for my business I purchased a Sprinter. Rashad mentioned he had something I might be interested in. So he showed me a beautiful AMG GLS63. So I traded in the GL450 which I only had for about a year for the AMG GLS63, Rashad and John Kerl, Finance Manager made the numbers work! Then when my daughter needed help with a vehicle, we went back to Mercedes-Benz of RVC. The dealership a place that I can trust and purchase a GLA250 for my daughter. I never owned a Mercedes, well i guess I'm hooked and a customer for life since I purchase 6 vehicles in the last year. Rashad in sales, Jen Romano my service advisor and John Kerl, Finance Manager at MBRVC I consider them as trusted advisors. Bravo!!!
