Sold a 2009 Toyota Corolla to my mother in law and told her "Nothing to worry about" "It's a Toyota so you should have no problems". After purchase the car it was diagnosed needed a new engine within 6 m her "Nothing to worry about" "It's a Toyota so you should have no problems". After purchase the car it was diagnosed needed a new engine within 6 months from 3 mechanics, found to had multiple holes in the exhaust, CV Joints shot, Needed New Tires and Lights. We found old owner items like magic the gathering cards in the spare tire compartment. He saw a poor old lady and made his money on her selling it to her above the average price and not disclosing all the problems to her. She ended up losing roughly 8k because if this. The dealership offered to buy the car back for $400 (original sale $8900). After much discussion, they did replace the head gasket at a reduced cost. Be careful with this man and his "as is" sales. When we tried talking to Randy he forwarded us to a sales manager that never talked to us except once after 12+ tries. Once it's off the lot he does not care and will take every dollar he can from even poor old ladies. More

Horrible communication between team members, we came prequalified with a loan from our own creditor, but 3 different employees talked to us trying to get us to use Toyota financial. Eventually they were prequalified with a loan from our own creditor, but 3 different employees talked to us trying to get us to use Toyota financial. Eventually they were so pushy and wouldn’t stop talking to us and making us wait that we gave in which gave us a way higher interest rate. They also didn’t even ask us for payment information and didn’t send a bill or any type of documentation for 2 months even after I called them so I had late payments and had to set up payment myself. They also failed to send documentation to the state that I bought the vehicle for a month after I bought it. So I couldn’t get license plates or register my vehicle or insure it for that whole month. The vehicle we bought was said to have been aligned and inspected but it had damage behind the front bumper and headlight that cost hundreds to fix, i took it to my dealership I trust and they said it hadn’t been aligned and needed one badly which was evident by the shaking, which they said was due to off-road tires. Overall just had a horrible car buying experience from inver grove Toyota. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. More

Always friendly honest and go out of there way to make everything easy. My salesman Peter worked extremely hard to get me the new tundra I wanted.
