Everthing was handled very professionally. In purchasing a car it is not the price alone that matters. Excellent service is critically needed to meet the customer's long term needs. My visit to Honda was easy, educational about my car, and made comfortable by the great staff at Honda. Most notably, Randy was so helpful to spend some time telling me about my car and why it's important to made comfortable by the great staff at Honda. Most notably, Randy was so helpful to spend some time telling me about my car and why it's important to pay closer attention as it approaches 7 years and 100,000 miles. He even came to talk to me during my oil change in the waiting room to explain what was found and some things that I should think about maintaining in the coming weeks and months.
