I have a 2007 Honda Civic and the warranty on my car has expired. I needed to get the drivers side visor replaced and checked if they would give me a discount since Honda's had a few issues with the visors expired. I called Branford Honda and they offered to check with Honda to see if Honda would cover part of the cost (Note: I also called Manchester Honda and they asked me to do call Honda myself). Honda agreed and Randy called me back and set up an appointment. Branford Honda and Randy really look to provide good customer service and I am extremely happy that they take time out to ensure they get the best deals for their customers. They are honest and extremely helpful. I would recommend Branford Honda anyday !! More
