Rob people blind. Tell you one thing and do another when you leave dealership. Change paperwork after you leave. When you tell them to cancel certain add ons they don't. A $26,000 car for someone with impeccable credit and never had a late payment on anything ever ends up paying $48,000 for that $26,000 car. Impossible to get in touch with people to address their mistakes. Had someone call from dealership and use terminology such as aiight, nah and bet. So highly unprofessional. Someone from the finance department made it apparent to come out and shake my hand to tell me how loyal I am to honda and that I'm in phenomenal standing with them so they would take $13.00 off. You could take your $13.00 and shove it. I will give you $13.00 since you clearly need it more then I do because you robbed me so badly. I have LEGAL documentation stating you would remove my add ons (gap insurance and repair package) which you never did now won't even send statements to my house. FRAUD all around. I will write reviews on every social media platform and blast this dealership everywhere until someone with intelligence rectifies this issue before I take LEGAL ACTION More

Terrible. What's the simplest service any mechanic can do? Oil change. 3 times now on 2 different vehicles they overfilled my cars by 1 quart (and inch on the What's the simplest service any mechanic can do? Oil change. 3 times now on 2 different vehicles they overfilled my cars by 1 quart (and inch on the dipstick) Brought them back. They first say "It's fine." Show them the manual where it says "Overfilling oil can damage the engine." They grudgingly drain off the quart. In all over 4 hours of my life wasted and all they offer is the $40 fee back. Pitiful. Also their inspections are poor. for instance report says tires at 35# and fine, when they are actually 32# as specified in manual. I think they fabricate a lot of their inspection reports. More

Randy is a liar a big liar I had an extended warranty and my axles were clicking. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong. I took it to a independent garage and they said all you need both axles. Brandon Honda just didn’t wanna do any warranty work. What a bunch of xxxxxxxx do not use the Dealer. I had both axles repaired I don’t independent shop. Unbelievable that they’re even in business. Randy and a whole bunch are a bunch of liars all these reviews are full of it they are the worst More

Randy is friendly and knowledgeable. He knows what the car needs and tells you in plain language what is required to keep it in top condition. I go to this dealer for service exclusively, and although I car needs and tells you in plain language what is required to keep it in top condition. And, the quality of the parts is what keeps the car 100% a Honda. One thing I don't like is the $500+ delivery charge on a new car. Make sure you factor that in when you negotiate price. More
