Great experience. I had missed my appointment the day prior so I walked in the next day. They completed my work ahead of the quoted time despite being very busy. My experience was very good. Service staff were helpful & courteous, and they were able to help me out two days before Christmas as a walk-in. It was much appreciated. Randy Lewis was awesome, like usual but the technician I was asked to take a test ride with was very condescending and had an excuse/explanation for each issue I described with my new 2025 BE - issues I nev was asked to take a test ride with was very condescending and had an excuse/explanation for each issue I described with my new 2025 BE - issues I never had in my 2017 RTL-E the entire eight years I had it. More
