Our salesman was helping like 5 other people at the same time as us, leaving us sitting there alone for extended periods of time. We spent much longer there than necessary. He was not personable and did not time as us, leaving us sitting there alone for extended periods of time. We spent much longer there than necessary. He was not personable and did nothing to “sell” us the car. Didn’t go over any features or anything specific about the model we were looking at. Also waited for a very long time just for a manager to come and count our cash. Now, weeks after purchase we keep getting contacted about things they missed in the process. Forms to sign, additional fees, etc. no wonder since the salesman was working several deals at the same time! Very disappointing and not somewhere I’d ever recommend. More
