I had my oil changed and transmission serviced, I never received the video of his inspection which I was supposed to have until the next day. When I got home there was a puddle of oil dripping from the bot received the video of his inspection which I was supposed to have until the next day. When I got home there was a puddle of oil dripping from the bottom of truck, I brought it back in the next morning (Saturday) and waisted my 3 hours on Sat morning to find out the mechanic over tightened the oil plug and broke the oil plug gasket. Worse problem now is that I have a 12” diameter oil stain on my concrete driveway which hopefully will fade over time. Not a very good experience (not the first one I’ve had at your dealership. I used to bring my vehicle there every time but have since switched to Burnsville Toyota for service. I have had nothing but good experiences from them. Only reason I came back is to try the new service dept and you had a coupon that was very good. If I were to buy a new Toyota I’m not sure I would even come back to you for pricing, which is sooooo sad cause your sales team was so great to work with. Lastly, I was going to just forget about this experience but you kept sending me survey emails so I figured I had to let someone know. More

Selling the car i love because toyota wasn't able fix my ac on my avalon after paying them $300. great service, easy to get an appointment. was pouring down rain and they went out to get my car so I did not have to run out in the rain. the new space was nice but I had to do my work (was t was pouring down rain and they went out to get my car so I did not have to run out in the rain. the new space was nice but I had to do my work (was there for over 4 hours) and there was no place to plug in my laptop on the big tables so had to move to the smaller spaces so not as convenient. The technician left without communicating that he was gone for the day. A big fancy building doesn't change the fact that car dealerships are truly all the same. You'll get a lemon here just the same at Walser that you would any small pokey dealership that doesn't have fr dealerships are truly all the same. You'll get a lemon here just the same at Walser that you would any small pokey dealership that doesn't have free coffee and popcorn, the only difference here is that they'll act like they're doing you a favor as they sell you useless add ons that jack up your monthly price that have about 200 exclusions each (so they don't have to make good on the products YOU'RE paying for) Avoid, avoid, avoid unless you have more money than common sense. More
