Honda Burnsville used to be the best customer service dealership in the Twin Cities. Sadly, post Covid, this dealership is not the same. Service reps are heads down on their computer systems. Have to wal dealership in the Twin Cities. Sadly, post Covid, this dealership is not the same. Service reps are heads down on their computer systems. Have to walk to desk for service often when driving in for scheduled service. I recently had a B1 service performed. Oil change and tire rotation. I sat in waiting area and was readily available for updates. Was told at the end of service that tires were rotated but they strongly recommended new tires as the tread was very low. So why didn’t they tell me this as I was waiting? I ended up buying new tires after paying for 4 bad tires to be rotated. Very disappointing. The Honda reps in the past would have thought to find me and suggest new tires before rotating old ones. Called my service rep listed on service receipt. Never got a call back. Bought tires at CostCo and received excellent customer service and saved substantial money. Been a huge fan of Burnsville Honda for 30 years so hate to have to post my disappointment. More
