Except for a few employees who were courteous and helpful, the overall customer service was extremely poor. Fortunately for your dealership, customers are interested in buying Honda vehicles regardless of the service provided. It often feels like the cars are selling themselves rather than being sold through any genuine effort from the staff. I truly believe that with better management and a stronger focus on customer experience, the dealership could perform much better. I only wish I were in a position to make those improvements myself.
