I have no complaints on the work performed . My Honda /Pilot is running very good and no signs of problems. What I was bit upset was that no updates were sent to me . If they would've just given me a courtesy call to let me know the status of the parts. But, I kept seeing my unit parked out in the lot just sitting there.. I know you're all very busy and have a lot of work pending . But it only takes a few minutes to let the customer know the status of his vehicle. Personnel wise everyone was very courteous . I took my Honda / Pilot in a week ago. Thinking they would do the check-up within a normal time schedule. .I've had to call numerous times just to find out what's the status.. As of today I don't know if the part is in , or if the part is coming. Yet, my vehicle is sitting out there in the rear of the shop. I really hate to call , but someone should call me and let me what the status is.. Maybe I picked the wrong dealer to fix my vehicle? More
