There was some confusion upon our arrival because the sales associate we were instructed to contact was not working that day. However, Chris stepped in and assumed those duties. I had researched the value and had a couple online offers and the offer from the dealership was fair and completely in line with what I had found in my research. I have never had such a quick transaction with no surprises or hidden fees I wasn't told about before hand. My whole transaction, all pricing, financing was just as promised. Randy in Finance reviewed my warranty, my loan and all the options available to me.
