There was some confusion upon our arrival because the sales associate we were instructed to contact was not working that day. However, Chris stepped in and assumed those duties. Instead of waiting around we went to lunch and were away more than an hour. Upon our return it still waited about an hour before meeting with the finance section. More

My deal paperwork and even a conditional trade-in amount was agreed to before I went to the dealership. There was no haggling or low balling on my trade in. I had researched the value and had a couple online offers and the offer from the dealership was fair and completely in line with what I had found in my research. I have never had such a quick transaction with no surprises or hidden fees I wasn't told about before hand. My whole transaction, all pricing, financing was just as promised. Randy in Finance reviewed my warranty, my loan and all the options available to me. This was great experience and I have never been more satisfied with the speed, fairness and ease of purchasing and trading a car. I would 100% recommend Chris and Allen Turner Hyundai.
