Bad experience with service team. Could not get in touch with anyone through phone or text like I was instructed to by internal department and had to come in person. Come in and they Could not get in touch with anyone through phone or text like I was instructed to by internal department and had to come in person. Come in and they are standing around one is eating. The first rep did not understand what my warranty was. The second rep had my date of purchase wrong saying I was past coverage and I had to correct him, I’ve only had the car a couple of months. Came to get a replacement done under warranty and was denied and told to contact insurance and file a claim. More
