I feel so grateful that I got to meet Michelle! I completely forgot I asked for info about the Sportage, and she tried reaching out to me, but my old phone can be a bit tricky sometimes. The next day, she called, and we had a great chat over the phone. She really listened to everything I had to share about my vehicle needs. In just 10 minutes, she wrapped everything up, and when I came in, I instantly fell in love with both the vehicle and Michelle’s lovely personality! She's such a kind and gentle young lady. Michelle made sure I understood all the awesome benefits of the features I wanted in the car. What I appreciated most was that everything she told me, from the numbers to the interest rate and payment details, was completely true. My late husband was a sales manager at a dealership, so I'm definitely a numbers person, and I felt really comfortable with how well she listened to me. I waited until today to leave my review because I wanted to see if she'd follow up after my purchase. And guess what? At 9 AM, she called me just to check in and make sure I was happy and to let me know I could reach out with any questions. All I can really say is WOW! Thank you so much, Michelle and Kia! More
