I suspected it was a starter due to the symptoms exhibited. While speaking to the service manager (Randy) I explained that I was visiting family and needed to make a trip back to Ohio (wife and two kids under 3-years) and wanted to ensure the truck was safe to do so. I don't narmally allow my vehicles to be serviced by dealerships but had no other option given the circumstances. After two days I got a call that the only issue they found was a dead battery. Randy told me they inspected the starter, alternator, and associated electrical systems and could find nothing wrong. I agreed to a new battery and asked they do an oil change and top off the fluids. I picked up the truck first thing the following morning. The following day we left for home in Ohio. About 140 miles from home the battery light illuminated and the voltage was reading at about 10V. At that time I shut down all electrical components and proceeded to the nearest place that sold batteries. I bought two to get me back home. I replaced 1 immediately and had to install the next one 9 miles from home after the ABS system and fueling system started to shut down. Thanks to the stellar diagnostics and repair my family was almost stranded in 6* weather. Thanks guys! More

Water Pump Replacement on Toyota Highlander Randy quoted me a fair price and said I could bring the car in right away for the repair. I brought the car to him about 2 hours later, and they had Randy quoted me a fair price and said I could bring the car in right away for the repair. I brought the car to him about 2 hours later, and they had it done within 4 hours. This was after a local mechanic told me it would take about a week to do. I will definitely be coming back.
