Great Buying Experience with Rancier Matos In April 2014 I leased a CRV with Rancier Matos as my sales person. I was very happy with my leasing experience. He was attentive and " listened" to my requirements for a vehicle. He did not push me into a car that he wanted to sell but insured that I got the vehicle that I was interested in. So, naturally when my husband an I was looking to lease a 2nd vehicle in July 2015, we went to Herb Chamber and specifically Rancier Matos. Rancier is professional and very personable. We were able to obtain that second lease at a price point that we were very comfortable with. I have since returned to Rancier for help in the newer features with my CRV. He is always happy to insure that we are getting the most out of our vehicle. I am always learning from him. More

Phenomenal experience! First of all, I will apologize for the length of this review, bur it is unavoidable! I must admit that I have been a devoted Herb Chambers customer f First of all, I will apologize for the length of this review, bur it is unavoidable! I must admit that I have been a devoted Herb Chambers customer for close to 20 years. Primarily with Lexus but also with Honda & Ford. This week I was responsible for assisting my 84 year old mother, who's last car buying experience was in 2002, in leasing a new car. Wanting to stay in the Herb Chambers family, I reached out to our good friend & Lexus representative, Spero Coston, for advice. We made an appointment at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk, MA & were met by Rancione Matos. I cannot say enough about his professionalism as well as his kindness & patience! He assisted us in testing CR-V's, Aacords & Civics. In the end, the Accord won out. He gave my mom a fantastic deal on a Honda Accord & she is beyond thrilled! THEN, since I was to be away, we asked for delivery the next day. Even though it was Rancione's day off, he offered to come in! I so appreciate that! But when we arrived, there had been an issue with fax to the insurance company. It seems that it went to Never-Never Land & hadn't been received! Rancione worked so hard & the very nice lady in the Registry Dept stayed 2 hours late to get the registration done for us! THEN a staff member in the inspection department stayed late to get the inspection done so that my mom would be all set! I can't thank everyone enough! This is a stellar example of the Herb Chambers customer service culture! GREAT people all working together for an unparalleled customer experience! Special thanks to Rancione for going well over & above and to my good friend & Lexus sales representative, Spero Coston. You both made this an unbelievably fantastic experience! Thank you to ALL who made this possible! If I had Herb!s number I'd call him myself! He should be VERY PROUD! More
