I knew I wanted another Honda and Herb Chambers had the largest selection of use I needed a new vehicle after an accident deemed my CRV a total loss. I knew I wanted another Honda and Herb Chambers had the largest selection of used Hondas that were in my price range. Rancier was very patient and accommodating as I was always pressed for time whenever I was at the dealership. I test drove several accords and decided on the 2010 with very low mileage. When I brought the car back for the inspection Rancier remembered the small spots where the paint chipped and had them touch it up (I had forgotten about the chips). I would highly recommend this dealership for a new or used car. More

First Car (at age 34) I had so many reservations about buying a car that I waited until I was in my 30's to take the plunge. And I am happy to say that the buying experien I had so many reservations about buying a car that I waited until I was in my 30's to take the plunge. And I am happy to say that the buying experience was actually pleasant. I came in to see Rancier without having a very clear idea of what I wanted. I thought I wanted a CRV, but I was also interested in a Civic. Rancier helped me drive both cars, and talked me through the differences and my needs for living in the area. I didn't make up my mind for a few weeks after that, but when I came back in Rancier remembered me and important details about our previous discussions. He helped me find a great Civic at a great price, and I plan on owning this car for a very very long time. Years from now, when I go back to a dealership again, I hope I have as good of an experience as I did this time! Thank you, Rancier! More

Best Experience At Herb Chambers I first went to Metro Honda to purchase my car and didn't go forward with the deal. He made this car buying experience a genuine delight, since not only did it meet our expectations, it greatly exceeded them. In the past, we've been hesitant about buying used cars since we've heard horror stories from family and friends who have dealt with pushy, unprofessional and unethical used car sales personnel. Hence, we were pleasantly surprised upon dealing with Rancier. He definitely does not fit that infamous"used car Salesman" stereotype as he patiently explained all the features and details of the car in a low-key tone and in a very professional manner. He also answered all our questions to our satisfaction. As a bonus, he is totally bilingual and we were able to converse in Spanish. Tom Aresenian handled and processed all the financial paperwork in a similar non-pushy professional manner. He offered us clear choices for financing, extended warranty protection plans, etc. He also is to be commended. By the way, we're very happy with our "new car."
