Before I Rancier Matos is my sales representative in Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. I will share my story with you. My First visit was at end of Jan. Before I went, I did a lot homeworks about all dealerships nearby and find best possible sales agents from internet and friends. For me, dealerships are not important, but sales representative and price are. First visit was a happy ending, Rancier didn't give me a little pressure, showed me all 2016 CRV they had, and summarized all difference from SE, EX to EXL, TOURING. And most importantly, he gave me the best price directly without any hesitates. He saved me a lot of time. 2nd Visit was one week later, but at that time unfortunately, they didn't have CRV in modern steel color, so I didn't make my decision. The 3rd visit was 1 week ago, that had 1 month past, it was time to end my car rental life. They finally got modern steel color, and I had my brand new car. At last, I want to mention that they do have a strong finance team. For some reasons, my credit history is no good at all, but Emilio Navarro still find me a bank to do finance. I really appreciate Rancier, Emilio Navarro and all other co works in his team. More

Made me remember why I prefer Hondas in the first place. I had a Honda Civic prior to my last car and that car lasted me 10 awesome years! I ended up getting a Nissan after it finally died and everything from the sales experience and the car itself were just wrong. I was very hesitant when it came to buying another car after I got burned on the last one. We shopped at several different dealerships for several different manufactures and by far Rancier was the absolute best! He actually listened to us when we told him what we were looking for and showed us several different vehicles based on what we wanted. We never felt like he was pushy or trying to rush the sale. He was appropriately attentive and made the whole car buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful! My mom was impressed and is going to buy a Honda for her next car just because of how great everything went. Herb Chambers has earned the trust and business of a family for life! More
