First time buying made easy I came to Herb Chambers after months of searching for a car. It was the first car that I was going to buy myself and I wanted to make sure I was getti I came to Herb Chambers after months of searching for a car. It was the first car that I was going to buy myself and I wanted to make sure I was getting what I was looking for. I had previously held out because I was unsure of what I wanted and had had a bad experience at another dealership (I felt pressured into buying a car and when I decided against it they took my deposit and stopped answering their phone). When I finally came to Herb Chambers it was because of all the positive ratings they had gotten. And I wasn't disappointed! Rancier helped me through my potential options and, after I'd decided on financing vs leasing, helped me search for an Accord, which I was set on having. We found a newer used with low miles, a great exterior, and comfortable interior. I decided to buy it and was pleasantly surprised by the haggle-free pricing (which was extremely fair) and the overall ease of the financing process. It took a couple of days to process all the information, but Rancier even worked on his day off to speed it up for me. I've now had my Accord for about a month and am still in love with it! More
