Been purchased 5 BMW in Tenafly, my BMW X3 been in service for 6 days now for what the said parts recall. Mr Vincent Joseph send me an e-mail stating that I can Trade-In my car with zero down with new service for 6 days now for what the said parts recall. Mr Vincent Joseph send me an e-mail stating that I can Trade-In my car with zero down with newer X3, me and my wife decided to get a brand new one. my salesman Mr. Ramon Moreno trying to convinced us with higher price with zero down but were afraid we couldn't afford the monthly payment. we walked away. my walked back to finally get the car on their price but this time Mr. Ramon Moreno told my wife that now he wants to get a down payment of $10,000 we drove home really disappointed where's the respect and costumer loyalty discount? More

What I thought should be an exciting momentous occasion leasing my first car in life turned out to be a truly disappointing experience. After a test drive of two models, I was given printed out paper quot leasing my first car in life turned out to be a truly disappointing experience. After a test drive of two models, I was given printed out paper quotations (not digital copies) which ultimately were confusing and led me to calculate the wrong monthly budget. I rectified this with enough time to finalize the deal however, it was obvious that they were all about the sale and not about the INFO and UNDERSTANDING and hand holding, especially knowing that I was a first timer. After negotiating the final deal over the phone the day before picking up my vehicle, and me recapping via email what the agreed money and terms were, I received no email acknowledgement, no pictures, and no financial paperwork as requested. I even went so far as to speak with the Sales Manager Antonio, who was supposed to communicate the contents of our call to my individual sales person, but not the case. Instead, I waited the entire day and received a voicemail at 8pm, the night before I was due to pick up my new car, informing me that there was a "problem". After sharing this story with friends and colleagues they all told me that was a "classic" car salesman move, to say there was a last minute problem and to avoid corresponding electronically. xx. Then, after getting to the dealership to start ironing out all of the specifics, they still had the agreed upon rate wrong. It was excruciating having to come in at 10:30am and then spend the day there until 3:00pm when i could have easily done all the preparing the day before on my day off. Let's also add insult to injury that my salesperson didn't even give me a check list of what i would need to have with me on hand when i came in, like my previous car registration, in order to transfer my plates that i had already paid for and still had registered with the State of NY. Thank goodness my neighbor was home and could take a snap shot of my registration which was left at home. The whole experience was a cluster F$%& and admittedly I experienced clear attempts at taking advantage of me as a first time female buyer. I am supremely disappointed by all of it and how it unfolded. The joy was sucked out of me even on my inaugural drive home back to the city. (p.s. Shout out to Gage who was a great teacher on all the technology and for setting me up on the MyBMW app. (He knows his business and should be highlighted as the only positive from my experience) More

Bought a Certified pre-owned M4. Ramon Moreno was salesman. He was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make this deal go as smooth as possible. He was upfront with all information on the vehicle and there were no last minute price increases. I would buy another vehicle from BMW of Tenafly because of the way the deal was carried out from beginning to end. Finance manager Sean Muhammad also was of great assistance. He explained all of the available extended warranties available with no sales pressure and made the day of purchase to go expeditiously. First time buying a vehicle that when I left the dealership I was completely satisfied. More

Overall, I had a great experience with BMW of Tenafly. I had inquired via email about a vehicle I found on the website - the GM Brock Sanders was responsive and set me up with Jason Lee. Jason and I did all the negotiations via phone and email (as I live a few hours from Tenafly), and we then set up time for me to come into the dealership. Jason and Ramon Moreno took care of me once I arrived - they treated me courteously, professionally, and most of all with integrity. They addressed any and all issues in a professional and customer-oriented manner. Sean Mohammed was the finance manager I worked with - again, everything was very straightforward and friendly. There weren't any gimmicks, bait & switch, changing of numbers, hidden costs, pressure tactics, etc. I got a very good deal on a great vehicle - definitely happy with my experience at BMW of Tenafly. More
